The board changes a few times a week. What is in the case at four in the afternoon is the final word, and the new one goes up on Facebook the morning it changes.
Pints, labelled by hand
The flavor goes on the lid in marker, because the case turns over faster than anybody can order printed labels.
Take a pint home, or order ahead and pick it up on the Square.

Coffee from eight
We open at eight, which is early for a gelato shop. That half of the counter is Roasterie coffee, hot or over ice.
Espresso, drip and a shelf of syrups, made to order at the same counter as the gelato.
Something from the case
Scones, raspberry danish, cookies, brownies and croissants sit next to the register, baked locally and gone when they are gone.
The tricycle comes to you
The freezer cart has been to graduations, weddings, birthdays, offices and school events around Liberty.
