What arrives
Written out plainly so an event planner can check it against a venue rule sheet.
- The tricycle
- A three wheel cart with a cold box on the front. It rolls through a standard doorway and fits places a truck does not. Exact dimensions and weight: TBC.
- Staffing
- Icebergs staff scoop and serve for the whole window. Guests do not serve themselves.
- Power and water
- None required. The box holds cold on its own.
- Product
- Italian ice, gelato, or both. Flavors are picked with you ahead of the date.
- Serving kit
- Cups, spoons and napkins come with us.
- Setup and teardown
- We arrive before the service window and clear the space after. Setup time: TBC.
- Permits and insurance
- To be confirmed with the shop and listed here. Venues that ask for a certificate should mention it when booking.

Head counts below are the shape of the offer. Every price is marked TBC until the shop sets it, because a wrong number here is worse than a blank one.
